The Bulk Fertilisers segment provides nitro phosphate mutriate of potash nitrogen phosphorous potassium variants water soluble fertilisers bentonite sulphur diammonium phosphateAP ammonium sulphate mixtures single super phosphate sulphur micronutrients SSF and bio fertilisers. The Realty segment is involved in the real estate business. The Windmill segment generates electricity through windmills. It also exports its products to the Middle East Africa and southeast Asian countries. The company was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Pune India.
