Its Metal Formed Products segment offers sheet metal formed components including car door frames window and guide channels impact beams hydro-formed parts frames for various types of motor casings etc.; and roll formed sections for railway wagons and coaches. This segment also offers power transmission engineering class agricultural conveyor and material handling chains primarily under the Rombo Diamond and Sedis brand names; drive and timing chains for motorcycles; sprockets for two wheeler original equipment manufacturers and spare parts market; and fine blanked components for two and four wheelers and other industrial segments. The company also provides general insurance products; and manufactures power transmission products such as gears gear boxes geared motors and gear assemblies as well as retails its bicycles. The company was formerly known as Tube Investments of India Limited and changed its name to TI Financial Holdings Limited in August 2017.
