What options are available for plan purchase?
We offer quarterly, annual, and limited-time lifetime subscription plans. When selecting your desired plan, please remember to check the subscriptions checkbox during the checkout process to enable automatic renewal.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel any paid subscriptions, navigate to the profile section and locate the cancel button at the top right. Simply click on it, and you will not be charged beyond the current subscription period.
After clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button, when will my subscription come to an end?
You will continue to enjoy your current level of service until the end date of the current plan. Afterward, your account will be automatically downgraded to the "free" level of service.
What happens if I choose not to renew my service when my subscription ends?
Your account will be automatically downgraded to the "free" level of service. Only the strategy with the highest Sharpe ratio will retain backtesting functionality. Only the strategy with the best Sharpe ratio that you are currently following will continue to be tracked. Your limits will also be adjusted to align with the features available in the "free" plan.
